Our range „party editon“ consists of disposable party products such as paper cups or paper plates
that are made without a plastic coating made of PE, PP or PLA film.
This new generation of products avoids the use of plastic film coatings and, in the case of paper
plates, relies on a special paper made of finely ground cellulose. For paper cups, we use a special
cardboard not coated with plastic, which is made liquid-resistant with the help of a water-based
dispersion.

The plates are made from FSC®-certified
Fresh fiber cardboard.
•
The top is laminated with a special paper made from
finely ground cellulose - without the addition of
plastic.
•
The special paper is printed with the design on the
inside. The colors are biodegradable.
•
Due to this special structure, the plates are suitable
for use with all kinds of food.
•
Due to their composition of natural polymer-free
raw materials, the plates comply with the European
directives (SUPD*) and are therefore not subject to the
prohibition articles.
•
The product is therefore a mono-material.

ABOUT US
The PAPSTAR range comprises over 5,000 consumer goods from more than 200 production
lines, covering the categories of disposable tableware and service packaging, table top and room
decoration, as well as products for home, professional kitchen and hygiene. In addition to the
consistent use of renewable raw materials, the company is increasingly focusing on sustainability-
oriented solutions in line with circular material flow management.
For example, food scraps and bio-wastes of plant origin or disposable tableware and napkins made
from renewable raw materials can be transformed into a new secondary raw material in a fibre-
recovery treatment process. This new secondary raw material can, for example, be recycled for the
production of industrial cardboard.
Europe-wide logistics and service concepts ensure the permanent availability of the entire product
range.
